Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Cape Town, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to enhance the customer experience and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Assist with onboarding customers to our services.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings.
  • Maintain organization of customer interactions and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Business Administration
  • Degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or related area
