Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding assistance to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a customer advocate and provide feedback to management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Educate customers about product features and usage.
  • Foster relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
