Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or higher qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tech industry
Technical Skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Troubleshooting skills
