Requirements

Education
  • Matric; diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Any additional training in customer service is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service or related experience
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Technical troubleshooting
