As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your expertise to match candidates with outstanding job opportunities in the Durban area. Your role will be vital in shaping the future of our clients through strategic recruitment and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with passive candidates through social media.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
  • Negotiate job offers and assist candidates through the acceptance process.
  • Utilize recruitment software for tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to better understand the competitive landscape.
  • Enhance the agency's online presence through content creation.
  • Adapt strategies to meet changing recruitment demands.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates alike.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR certification is advantageous
