Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Risk Specialist to enhance our compliance framework. You will conduct compliance audits, facilitate training, and ensure adherence to standards across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate compliance risks throughout the organization.
• Assist in developing compliance strategies and frameworks.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure staff awareness of compliance issues.
• Work with teams to monitor compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and maintain compliance records and reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and policies.
• Advise on compliance-related questions and processes.
• Establish continuous improvement practices for compliance operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CISM) is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance risk management or legal advisory roles
