We are looking for an experienced Investment Banker to enhance our capabilities in Cape Town. In this role, you will analyze market trends, develop financial models, and help our clients navigate complex financial transactions. The right candidate will have a track record of delivering results and a strong understanding of the financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and valuation efforts for clients.
• Interface with clients to understand and refine their financial goals.
• Assist in the creation of pitch books and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams on transactions.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services
