Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing therapy, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer the highest quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose clients with mental health disorders.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions, both individual and group.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Document treatment plans and progress notes effectively.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Develop resources for clients and their families.
  • Offer consultation to other professionals regarding mental health issues.
  • Advocate for the mental health needs of patients within the community.
  • Participate in health promotion initiatives.
  • Conduct research to improve practices within mental health services.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience with diverse populations

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Certifications
  • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)
