Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support our company's objectives. This position emphasizes employee development, culture enhancement, and compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring metrics).
  • Advise on performance appraisals and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent approach to HR issues.
  • Ensure accurate job descriptions and roles are maintained for all positions.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys to solicit feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in labor legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR Management is an asset
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development.
