We are on the lookout for a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist in Johannesburg to spearhead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customized learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training workshops and ensure quality delivery.
• Assess and support learning through various methods and media.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in training.
• Liaise with external training providers for specialised courses.
• Create reports on training outcomes and employee progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends in learning and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a training or development role

Languages
