Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will develop meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and advocate on their behalf within the organization. Your goal will be to drive customer engagement and success through top-notch support and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Develop proactive strategies that ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to reinforce ongoing partnerships.
  • Advise clients on best practices for product usage and implementation.
  • Lead customer success meetings to discuss results and next steps.
  • Participate in product development discussions to align offerings with customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Additional certifications in customer success or project management are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years in customer-oriented roles with a focus on success management
