Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and interpreting data from various sources. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data analysis frameworks.
• Create and manage ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests to inform business strategies.
• Work with data governance to enforce standards and practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure data system efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies in reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports to summarize results of analyses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related analytical role
