Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide product recommendations.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for follow-ups.
  • Assist in implementing customer feedback initiatives.
  • Help develop FAQs and knowledge base content.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-focused role
