Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans.
  • Evaluate account performance and report outcomes.
  • Train and guide junior account team members.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with account management focus
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Client relationship management
  • Time management
Languages
  • English: Fluent
