Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and align them with our solutions.
  • Create customer success plans to ensure clients achieve their objectives.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
  • Develop and track metrics for customer engagement and success.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Promote community engagement among users through forums and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Software
Soft Skills

  • Team Player
Certifications
  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
