Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough reference checks to validate candidate credentials.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract the best candidates.
• Support onboarding processes for newly placed candidates.
• Advise clients on recruitment trends and strategies.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and drive candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate Diploma in HRM is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
