Job Description

We are looking for a DEI Manager to spearhead our diversity and inclusion strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of equity, inclusivity, and cultural competency, and will work closely with leadership to embed these values throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine inclusion initiatives that encourage participation from all employees.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee sentiment on DEI efforts.
  • Establish key performance indicators to track progress towards DEI goals.
  • Partner with marketing to promote DEI initiatives internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation regarding workplace equality.
  • Assist in conflict resolution related to diversity issues.
  • Utilize storytelling to humanize DEI initiatives and bolster engagement.
  • Present DEI strategy updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing DEI initiatives
