Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate between various stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk management to minimize potential project threats.
• Liaise with clients and ensure their needs are met throughout project execution.
• Review and approve design and operational plans to align with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and quality control.
• Resolve issues and conflicts on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to work.
• Contribute to strategic planning and project development discussions.
• Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software
• AutoCAD
• BIM Tools (e.g., Revit, BIM 360)

Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages
