Job Description

As a Food Technologist in our organisation, you will utilise your expertise in food science and technology to refine production methods and develop groundbreaking products. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance with health regulations and driving product innovation to meet consumer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development projects from concept to market.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies in food processing.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for team members on new products and techniques.
  • Monitor and assess competitors' products and industry trends.
  • Support marketing teams with technical insights into product features.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in food technology or related field
