Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and guide users through problem-solving.
  • Track and manage multiple customer support requests efficiently.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for team members.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and report them to management.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and products.
  • Collaborate on technical documentation improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support or IT.
