Job Description

As a vital part of our healthcare team, the Pharmacist will deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care by consulting with patients, monitoring therapy, and counselling on medications while providing important health information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and delivery of services.
• Provide comprehensive health advice to patients.
• Manage over-the-counter medications and health supplements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and supply management.
• Engage in community health initiatives and educational programs.
• Consult with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
