Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our East London location. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while managing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Utilize software systems for scheduling and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
  • Organize team meetings to encourage collaboration.
  • Plan staffing needs based on customer traffic patterns.
  • Enforce restaurant policies and procedures consistently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
