Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk / Property Coordinator to manage the operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will handle tenant relations, oversee maintenance requests, and ensure all financial records are up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing available properties and conducting showings to prospective tenants.
  • Keep abreast of property market trends to enhance leasing strategies.
  • Engage with tenants to foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of repair requests.
  • Track and report on property metrics such as occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or real estate is preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in property management.
