Responsibilities
Assist in marketing available properties and conducting showings to prospective tenants.
Keep abreast of property market trends to enhance leasing strategies.

Track and report on property metrics such as occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in business administration or real estate is preferred
Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in property management.
