• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• Customer Service Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Operations Management Skilled in overseeing operations and implementing procedures.
• Financial Management Experience in budget creation and financial reporting.
• Leadership Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges.
• Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM)
• Food Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
