Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and be driven to achieve sales targets while creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through proactive selling.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining attractive displays.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team training.
• Promote current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail settings

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Retail Trends: Awareness of current retail trends and consumer behaviour.
• Previous Experience in a Team Leader Role: Prior experience supervising a retail team is an advantage.
