Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to identify customer needs and develop strategies to improve their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer advocate within the organization.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and minimize churn rates.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Create training materials and resources for customers.
  • Facilitate workshops and webinars to improve client engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of progressive experience in customer success or client management
