Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company to the customers in Port Elizabeth, handling inquiries and ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide a friendly customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights.
  • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not mandatory
