Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction activities, ensuring timely project completion.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations.
• Compile reports on project progress and present them to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
