We're seeking a motivated Call Centre Agent in Cape Town to join our dynamic customer support team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers, handling inquiries proficiently, and resolving issues effectively. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions.
  • Work towards individual and team performance goals.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions about service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma/Certificate in Call Centre Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call centre environment
