You will be responsible for leading groups on educational and entertaining tours that showcase the local culture, history, and natural beauty of the region. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on local attractions and sites.
• Engage with clients before and after tours to gather feedback.
• Monitor and manage group dynamics to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide assistance with logistics and transportation arrangements.
• Document tours and customer interactions for quality improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for tour participants.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or higher

Experience

• Previous experience in tourism or customer service preferred

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
