Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for leading groups on educational and entertaining tours that showcase the local culture, history, and natural beauty of the region. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on local attractions and sites.
  • Engage with clients before and after tours to gather feedback.
  • Monitor and manage group dynamics to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide assistance with logistics and transportation arrangements.
  • Document tours and customer interactions for quality improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tour participants.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or higher
Experience
  • Previous experience in tourism or customer service preferred
