• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Provide ongoing performance evaluations for team members.
• Engage with customers to receive direct feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage management.

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
