Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Paralegal in Cape Town who is passionate about the law and eager to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and communication skills and experience in drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting contracts and legal correspondence.
  • Perform legal research and summarize findings.
  • Support attorneys with case management and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Organize and manage legal documents and evidence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the legal department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in Paralegal Studies is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role
