Responsibilities

• Lead legal negotiations related to corporate transactions.
• Review and negotiate terms of commercial contracts.
• Assist in compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Provide legal opinions on corporate matters.
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
• Engage in client development and business networking.
• Supervise junior legal staff and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Master’s degree in Corporate Law is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a corporate law environment.

• Mergers and Acquisitions

Certifications

• Corporate Law Certificate
• Admitted Attorney

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous
