Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Stellenbosch. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases and test procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments and feasibility studies on new software developments.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with IT support teams to ensure proper deployment of software releases.
  • Facilitate user training and onboarding for software solutions.
  • Evaluate third-party tools and solutions to enhance testing capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Certifications
