Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep relationships with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth handover of clients post-sale.
  • Create and execute customer success plans tailored to individual client goals.
  • Develop customer success strategies informed by data and client feedback.
  • Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide insights on product improvements based on customer feedback and challenges faced.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to inform strategies.
  • Assist in the development of customer success training material and sessions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Communications
  • MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally within a technology or service sector
