Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure customer queries are resolved promptly while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer cases from receipt through resolution.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Prepare reports on support metrics and customer feedback.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Technical Support or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support position.
