Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance service efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming technical inquiries and provide quick solutions.
  • Provide feedback on product functionalities and improvements.
  • Monitor ticket trends and escalate issues as necessary to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with product teams to suggest enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Track and report on support performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar technical support capacity
