We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, ecology, and project management. Your role will be to assess environmental impacts, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide expert advice to clients. You will play a key role in promoting sustainable practices and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to policies.
• Conduct fieldwork and site inspections as required.
• Assess and mitigate environmental risks associated with projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their environmental needs.
• Develop proposals for environmental consulting services.
• Advocate for sustainable practices within the organization and among clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting
