Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various shoe-making machines, ensuring high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple machines simultaneously to maximize production output.
• Adjust machine settings based on the material being used.
• Work closely with quality assurance personnel to uphold product standards.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Shoe Manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in shoe manufacturing or textile industry

Technical Skills

• Machine Troubleshooting
• Production Scheduling

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid and CPR certification: Certification in basic life-saving skills is a plus.
• Experience in quality assurance roles: Background in roles focusing on quality checks and compliance.
