Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes. You'll analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of supply chain data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies.
• Prepare and present logistics reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to current logistics processes.
• Work with inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.
• Develop metrics to measure logistics efficiency and performance.
• Assist in training staff on new logistics procedures and systems.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance supply chain flow.
• Handle ad-hoc logistics projects as requested by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in supply chain management are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years relevant experience in logistics analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
