Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Local HR Solutions in Cape Town, you will play a vital role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. You will support our mission of creating a nurturing work environment where our staff can grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection of candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to enhance their integration.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Organize employee training and development programs.
  • Facilitate employee performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Encourage a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • Certification in HR or employee management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
