Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to become a key part of our team in Durban. This role involves managing a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with HR policies and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor employee training and development programs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR Management are desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
