Job Description

As a Diversity Consultant at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing diversity and inclusion strategies for our clients. You will engage with stakeholders to develop customized programs that enhance workplace culture, focusing on equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead diversity audits and create action plans based on findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Diversity and Inclusion are a plus

• 5+ years in a diversity and inclusion consulting role with proven success
