DEI Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate DEI Consultant to lead our diversity and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity within the workplace and ensure that all voices are heard.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of DEI strategies across the organization.
• Conduct regular assessments of DEI programs and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate discussions on diversity topics and issues within the workplace.
• Advise on best practices for creating an inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure recruitment practices are equitable.
• Prepare and present reports on DEI metrics to leadership.
• Support training of employees on unconscious bias and inclusivity.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends related to DEI.
• Liaise with external DEI experts and consultants as necessary.
• Promote community outreach programs that enhance diversity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in DEI consultancy or related roles
