Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to enhance our customer support efforts in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining and growing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal individual is a people person with a passion for helping others and a knack for resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess client needs for optimal service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed client account plans.
  • Gather and analyze data to improve service offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on client management best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments.
  • Participate in client feedback sessions to inform service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
