Job Description

We are looking for a Home Health Aide in Johannesburg to provide personal care and support to our clients. This role involves helping clients with daily activities, companionship, and ensuring their well-being in a comfortable home setting.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Assist in meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurances.
• Ensure the home is safe and accessible.
• Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote independence.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Home Health Aide training is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is advantageous
