We are searching for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Communications or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
