Job Description

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we attract the best talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for helping others find their dream jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize data to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is an advantage
  • Relevant qualification in HR or Recruitment is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
