Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Officer to join our team in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our HR practices comply with all local and international laws, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliance measures across all HR functions.
• Conduct detailed audits and compliance assessments.

• Supporting investigations and compliance-related inquiries.
• Keep the HR team informed about compliance best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Law
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in HR compliance or related fields
