Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy and enhancing our recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment best practices, you will work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salary and benefits packages.
  • Create and maintain recruitment marketing materials.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • A relevant master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment for various sectors.
